Please notify one of the nurses of any medical condition that may affect your student during the school day. This information needs to be updated every school year.

Student immunizations must be current in order for a student to attend classes. If you receive notice that your child is due for an immunization or notice that your child does not meet the immunization requirements, please address the situation immediately so that your child's education can proceed uninterupted. For all immunization questions please contact the clinic.

Please review the Klein ISD Policy for bringing medications to school. All prescription medications must be brought to school by a parent or guardian. Students are not to carry any prescription medications to and from school. If you have any questions please feel free to contact one of the nurses. You may download the medication form for your convenience.
