The Registrar’s Office, located within the Counseling Office, is responsible for the enrollment of new students and maintenance of academic records.

Please review the following list of necessary documentation for enrollment of your son/daughter. Failure to bring proper forms for registration will require you to return at another time for enrollment. It is necessary that your son/daughter be present to register for school. We want to make this process as smooth and pleasant as possible, but in order for us to provide this we must ask you for your patience , as well as the following required documents for registration:

1. Immunization Records - State Law prohibits registration without proof of current records.
2. Proof of Residency - District policy will accept only the following to verify attendance zone: Gas, water or electric bill for the current month, lease agreement, closing papers in the parent's name. Any ONE of the listed items will be accepted.
3. Last report card and transcript of grades and the address of the last school attended
4. Withdrawal form from previous school
5. Original "official" birth certificate
6. Original social security card

If a student is not living with his/her parent(s) and is under the age of 18 years old, required forms must be completed through our office. Please see the secretary to obtain these forms before registration. Preliminary GPA and class rank are provided to seniors by the Registrar’s Office during the first week of the school year. Final GPA and class rank is usually available in early spring.
