Klein ISD earned an A rating in the College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) component of the Texas Education Agency’s 2025 A–F Accountability Ratings and maintained a B overall, rising from an 80 in 2023 to an 86 in 2025.
Since the TEA raised performance standards in 2023, the district has seen a 30% increase in A-rated schools, a 13% increase in B-rated schools, and a 55% decrease in C-rated schools, with no schools rated D or F. All five high schools and all ten intermediate schools earned an A or B, and students across Klein ISD earned 127 academic distinctions, a 37% increase since 2023.

Don't forget! KC New Student Orientation is tomorrow from 11 AM - 12 PM! Students should be dropped off in the bus parking lot and can enter from the side door entrance (band hall). This is a student event, however, parents are welcomed to join our KC organizations in our commons area where we will have KC swag available for purchase. Students will begin in the auditorium and will end in the commons with time to explore our various clubs and organizations. We look forward to seeing our new Tigers!
